I am committed to supporting LGBTQIA+ students because all students deserve to be represented, educated, and respected equally. Everyone needs an environment where they feel valued and part of a community. I feel so honored and proud to be an ally to RUC's LGBTQIA+ community!

I am committed to supporting LGBTQIA+ students because as a Queer Person of Color (QPOC) I know the power of visible and accessible support and affirmation in establishing a healthy identity and secure emotional base.

I support LGBTQIA+ students at RUC because I support people who are working to achieve lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer equality.

The opportunity to meet a supportive, welcoming community can help you reach your full potential, and it's an opportunity that all students should have.

I am committed to supporting LGBTQIA+ students because I have been employed at Rutgers University - Camden since 1987 and as a member of the university community, I have always believed that all students should be treated equally and fairly. I value LGBTQ+ students and I am proud to be associated with the efforts and initiatives put forth by Rutgers University beginning in February 1988 with president Bloustein's Select Committee for Lesbian and Gay Concerns and continuing with the University - wide Committee To Advance Out Common Purposes and the newly created Camden Campus Office of Diversity and Inclusion.

I am committed to supporting LGBTQIA+ students because as a queer woman who grew up questioning whether it was ok to be me, I know how important it is to have people who show you that it is ok to love who you love, to be different than your family, to see the world through a uniquely gendered lens, to be exactly who you are.

I am committed to supporting LGBTQIA+ students because attending college is a transformative experience, and students should have the space and support to be who they are and grow as individuals. As a queer black faculty member, I am deeply committed to helping LGBTQIA+ students at Rutgers-Camden succeed.

I support LGBTQIA+ students at RUC because as someone who grew up with two moms, I know that love can take many forms. And because being a feminist scholar and teacher means fighting for justice for all.

I support LGBTQIA+ students because education begins with recognition of the dignity of all people and I want Rutgers to be an inclusive, tolerant, accepting place.

I support LGBTQIA+ students at RUC because it is important to advocate for fairness & I don't think we should have to hide our authentic selves to be treated equally.

I am committed to supporting LGBTQIA+ students because I believe that all people have a unique and precious spirit, a light within. We all deserve to live, love, and learn in peace.

I am also committed to being one of the 11 Or More people who is supportive of our LGBTQIA+ students & to making sure that students know this & know that I am here to listen, to support, to encourage & to welcome all LGBTQIA+ students in a supportive & welcoming & engaging manor.
